What Elaine is

Elaine connects families with background-checked, Ohio-certified caregivers for non-medical home care — personal care, companionship and homemaking. Families request visits in the Elaine Care app; caregivers accept work through the Elaine Caregiver app. Elaine verifies caregivers, handles scheduling and payment, and shows families who is coming before a visit begins.

Elaine is private pay and is not a Medicare or Medicaid provider. Caregivers on Elaine are independent professionals.
